• Serpentine Farms reserves the right to change or cancel tours or alter pricing without notice

• All tours are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased

• Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your tour

• All drivers must present a valid government-issued driver's license (at least Class 7N or greater)

• If you are under 19 years old, with a Class 7N driver's license (or greater) and wish to drive, a parent must sign our Liability Waiver

• $500 damage deposit per ATV is required (paid in-person by either Cash or Credit-Card only) 

• Excessive speeding is prohibited, doing so will have your ATV and riding time revoked 

• You must remain behind the tour guide at all times

• If you flip over an ATV there is a $250 roll-over fee for un-surveyable damage.
